Cindy Bandy
Patient Care Coordinator
Cindy has been an asset to Smith Hearing Healthcare since 2022. She graduated from Trinity High School and attended OCTC. Before joining Smith Hearing, she worked for a local dentist for 34 years until his retirement.
Cindy is a valued team member who is a pleasure to work with and has a natural enthusiasm for connecting with people. She is happy to assist with scheduling appointments, minor repairs, cleanings, or quesitons. She is highly attuned to the urgency of patient needs and consistently delivers timely, responsive care.
When not at Smith Hearing- Cindy loves boating, going to the beach, spending time with friends, family, and especially her grandchildren!
Natalie Blair
Hearing Systems Consultant
Natalie is the newest member of the Smith Hearing Healthcare team, joining us in 2026. She is a proud graduate of Daviess County High School and is currently pursuing her Associate in Applied Science and Business Administration degree at OCTC, on track to graduate in 2027.
Natalie brings experience in patient-centered care and a genuine passion for one-on-one support. She enjoys assisting patients with minor hearing aid repairs, resolving connectivity issues with smartphones and other devices, and offering ongoing support to ensure they get the most benefit from their hearing aids.
Additionally, she is currently in training to be our go-to resource for insurance benefits and billing.
In her free time, Natalie enjoys exploring new places across the country with her family, being a devoted mother to her two children, and immersing herself in reading and movies.
V. Suzanne Smith, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Smith- Audiologist and owner, has been helping people hear from ear to ear in Owensboro since 1997.
Dr. Smith specializes in adult diagnostic testing and consultation for appropriate amplification to ensure a fitting with the best hearing aid technology possible.
Having graduated from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and Washington University, St. Louis, Dr. Smith obtained her doctorate (Au.D.) from PCO, now Salus University at Pennsylvania.
She is currently a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the Academy of Doctors of Audiology. She stays active with her family and giving time to their church. Dr. Smith enjoys an independent private practice offering quality hearing aids and premium hearing healthcare in western Kentucky.
